Pheasant with "Wildtree Lemon Rosemary Blend"
-Pheasant (or fowl of choice)
-Wildtree Zesty Lemon Grapeseed Oil
-Wildtree Lemon Rosemary Blend
-Veggies of choice (I used carrots, potatoes, & onion)

Make a rub: 1-2 TB of zesty lemon grapeseed oil & 2-4 TB lemon rosemary blend, mix well
In a casserole dish place the carrots & potatoes. Set the pheasant on the veggies and
rub well with the lemon rosemary wet rub. Place the onions on top. You can cover with
a lid or tin foil if you wish, or no cover at all. I also add a bit of extra oil about half way
through cooking, basting it as needed so it doesn't dry out. Watch carefully and cook
until no longer pink.
